Paznic

Terms of Service

Last updated 7 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Paznic (sole trader) (Paznic) for use of https://paznic.eu. By creating an account you accept them.

What the service does

Paznic runs passive checks against websites you have proven you own, scores what it finds, explains the findings in plain language, and emails you when something important changes.

What it does not do

Paznic is an early-warning system, not a security product that protects your site. It does not block attacks, remove malware, patch software, or change anything on your website. Remediation advice is guidance — deciding whether and how to act on it is yours.

Passive checks observe a site from the outside. They cannot find everything, and a clean report is not a guarantee that a site is secure.

Scanning only your own domains

You may only add domains you own or are authorised to manage, and you must prove that control before any scan runs. Adding someone else's domain, or attempting to bypass verification, is grounds for immediate termination — and, depending on where you are, may be a criminal offence. This rule exists to protect both of us.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Payment and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund part-months unless the law where you live requires it. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. If we change a price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it affects you.

If a payment fails, we may pause scanning until it succeeds. Your data stays where it is in the meantime.

Availability

We work to keep Paznic running continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Scans may be delayed by maintenance, provider outages, or problems reaching your site.

Liability

Paznic is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a security problem we did not detect, from a delayed or missed alert, or from action you took on our advice. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights if you are a consumer in the EU.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly the rule on scanning only your own domains. We will give notice where it is reasonable to do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
